Peter Dann was asked to work with the innovative team at Cub to help them design their range of modular eco-homes.
Cub Homes are an exemplary model of sustainable off-the-shelf housing, using a minimum of 65-90% recycled steel frame modular construction, produced in Britain and designed and built to the highest standards. Covered by NHBC Building Control Type Approval and designed to make Code Level 5 easily achievable, these homes are a solution to carbon neutral living.
Attention to detail both in exterior and interior design is evident throughout. They are robust and resistant to fire and flood, while additional benefits include greater design flexibility for the future; modular buildings which can be expanded, reduced, reconfigured or even relocated to meet changing needs.
