Canary Wharf’s first modular building in its history, this 21-storey serviced apartments scheme is located on the Wood Wharf site, adjacent to Blackwall Basin.

17 storeys of volumetric modules are supported by a three-four storey concrete transfer slab and substructure (the site itself did not exist until it was created by building out into the basin). A traditionally constructed open-plan rooftop restaurant tops out the scheme, with prime views over London.

Peter Dann have carried out the detailed design of the traditionally constructed superstructure elements as part of our client-side role, and we have worked alongside the modular building contractor throughout the design and construction period of this complex project.
