South Chase

South Chase was one of the largest modular-based housing developments built in the UK and reflects a shift in the market from traditional to modern methods of construction.

These homes were constructed using off-site construction methods which reduces costs and speeds up the delivery time. The system uses a fully welded light-gauge steel modular frame, designed by Peter Dann.

It is a mixed-use housing development consisting of two-storey two, three and four bedroom homes and three/four storey flats.
