Peter Dann has been producing structural steelwork fabrication drawings for a variety of clients for 20+ years, predominantly in the UK but also India, the USA and Uganda. We prepare technical details for diverse projects across all sectors, particularly commercial and industrial. We also produce structural steelwork details for temporary works and industrial processes.

Our range of service includes:

Production of structural steelwork packages using Tekla Structures 3D
Packages include fabrication drawings, bolt lists, parts lists, CAM data for automated cutting/drilling and site work GA drawings
Ability to design elements fabricated from materials other than hot rolled steel such as stainless steel and aluminium
Structural steelwork for buildings including warehousing, commercial and industrial buildings
Temporary works steelwork including façade retention systems

Industrial process structures including pipework and ducting gantries, machinery support platforms and mezzanine floor structures
Architectural steelwork including stairs, balustrading and other specialist elements
Associated steelwork connection design from supplied loads

We often incorporate these services as an extension to our main structural engineering brief, allowing us to provide fully coordinated design and manufacturing drawings to the Principal Contractor on day one of the project.
