Our team acted as structural engineers for the refurbishment and reconfiguration of the building core of Unit 334 within the prestigious science park for client Bidwells, on behalf of Trinity College.
The refurbishment has transformed the building into a high-quality, multi-let flexible office, offering workspace from 1,800sqft to 5,300sqft. Enhanced amenities include a shared breakout space, lakeside patio and manned reception, while refurbished open-plan suites are designed to meet the needs of various occupiers.
Our structural engineering input supported the reconfiguration works required to create a modern and adaptable workplace. The completed building offers both traditional lease and serviced options, with full turnkey fit-outs available alongside integrated connectivity and access to wider amenities including a nursery and café.
The result is a future-proof, high-performance workplace which has achieved a 5.5-star NABERS UK Design for Performance rating – one of the highest independent standards for commercial office buildings.
