The Hurlingham project is a new four-storey retail and residential building very close to the River Thames in Fulham, which will replace the existing building while preserving the masonry façade.
This is a challenging project involving a new deep basement of 6.5 meters which extends below the water table, and will be formed by secant piled walls. The basement will provide ample storage for the ground-floor retail occupancy.
Peter Dann have been involved from conceptual design stage and construction has commenced on site, and the basement is now complete.
