Refurbishment of existing branches have typically involved Georgian terrace properties requiring creation of open-plan office spaces by removal of load-bearing walls and insertion of steel stability frames, often requiring careful construction sequencing and substantial temporary works.
New branches have also involved the fit-out of modern steel framed buildings often requiring significant alteration for the cladding, addition of new mezzanine structures and structural support for roof plant. Each branch is fitted out to the current Foxtons specification including the feature glazed frontage and Foxtons signage.
