It’s always a pleasure to announce the completion and handover of smart new housing, especially when its affordable housing created on brownfield land, as here on South Street, Peterborough.
This variety of flats and houses stand in place of previously old and unused buildings, and all of these homes use renewable energy sources such as PV panels and air source heat pumps.
Peter Dann provided structural engineering for the project, as well as drainage and highway works both on and off site, for client Burmor Construction. It’s good to know these Cross Keys Homes are already being occupied.
