Peter Dann are structural engineers for this prestigious development in the heart of London Kensington. This project involves the erection of three stucco fronted single dwelling houses to match the existing terraced houses on Hereford Square, designed by AND Architects.
Following the demolition of an existing post-war residential apartment building, each new house lies over six storeys including basement cinema, lower ground floor and slate clad mansard roof.
Peter Dann have been involved from conceptual design stage, including the method of constructing the double basement and coordination with the Contractor, through to the detailed design of the foundations, superstructure and below ground drainage.
