The Hurlingham project is a new four-storey retail and residential building very close to the River Thames in Fulham, which has replaced the existing building whilst preserving the masonry façade.
This was a challenging project involving a new deep basement of 6.5 meters which extends below the water table, formed by secant piled walls. The basement provides ample storage for the ground-floor retail occupancy.
Peter Dann were involved from conceptual design stage through to completion.
