Peter Dann were part of the design team delivering the restoration of this Georgian four-storey town-house with basement in the heart of the Charlotte Street Conservation Area, the formerly dilapidated building has been transformed into three residential properties above a prime, double-level retail premise.
For the ground floor retail unit of this Charlotte Street property, the original features have been reinstated while the sleek glass box extension adds a modern element. Internally, the raw structure has been exposed with the spine structural steel frame incorporated into the ultra-modern specification, and a new feature staircase linking the two levels.
