It’s International Women in Engineering Day (INWED), and so we’re recognising the outstanding contributions of women across the engineering profession.
We are especially proud to champion two of our team members, Senior Engineer Chiara Ravezzani and Principal Engineer Monika Koclega, whose expertise, leadership and dedication have helped shape the success of our projects and teams over many years.
Their careers reflect the spirit of this year’s theme of Engineering Intelligence, combining technical excellence with innovation, collaboration and problem-solving to deliver meaningful outcomes for our clients and communities.
Chiara joined Peter Dann as a graduate engineer in 2008, rapidly progressing to become Senior Engineer and an integral part of our Cambridge team. Monika is our Principal Engineer based in London, joining us with her expertise in 2021.
As we celebrate INWED 2026, we thank Chiara and Monika for their valuable contributions, and for inspiring the next generation of engineers to pursue rewarding careers in the profession.
