Why have two rooms when you can have one?
The owners of this property on Holroyd Road required an open-plan space through the rear of their house, where a kitchen and living area could seamlessly extend into the garden. To achieve this, structural walls had to be removed and new long-span beams provided, as well as creating a new rear extension which features large glass skylights.
As you can see from these photos the result is striking, elevated by Crittall style windows which elegantly frame a panoramic view of the garden.
