On May 26th we celebrated a milestone.
Members of Peter Dann were immensely proud to have celebrated the Topping Out Ceremony of The HUB Victoria, together with client GAW Capital, architects Morrow+Lorraine and fellow consultants and partners.
This took place on the roof of a challenging and complex development, notably for its location atop Victoria Station, the second busiest station in the UK. The HUB, a three-storey extension, will deliver 100,000 sq ft of additional Grade A office space above 123 and 151 Buckingham Palace Road, with both existing office blocks undergoing major refurbishment works, including new retail units at ground floor with dedicated entrance, lobby, and improvements to the public realm, all whilst continuously occupied.
Alongside the usual rite of passage and celebrations, we signed the concrete podium which was officially Topped Out. Congratulations to all involved.
