We’re excited to share a bird’s-eye view of progress at the new Supermax Warehouse and Offices development in Kingston Park, Peterborough. Drone footage from the week commencing 29 September captures a key milestone: all driven piles are now installed, with flared pile heads cast and ready for the fibre-reinforced suspended ground floor slab.
Piling on this former industrial site came with its share of surprises, but thanks to the expertise of Van-Elle Ltd and Alex Ford of FC Construction & Developments Ltd, obstructions were swiftly overcome and the programme held firm.
With piling complete, the team is now turning its attention to foundation preparation and installation — and the site is primed for the next phase.
