Peter Dann have commenced work on a major refurbishment and extension scheme on the GCB Cocoa UK factory in Suffolk, which will enhance manufacturing capabilities and storage logistics.
The £8 million project comprises upgraded storage solutions for streamlined logistics, extended manufacturing facilities to boost production capacity and a refurbished infrastructure to optimize efficiency and sustainability.
Established in the early 1980s, GCB Cocoa UK now stands as one of the leading cocoa processors in Asia, bringing 40+ years of experience into the UK’s chocolate and cocoa industry.
Needless to say, we are proud to be delivering civil and structural services for GCB on behalf of our client, Beardwell, along with fellow members of the design team, notably Chaplin Farrant, architects engineers and cost consultants, and the Leading Building Services Engineering Company.
