Construction is underway on an exciting new development of 56 homes at California Road, Huntingdon, for Longhurst Group.
Peter Dann are delivering both infrastructure and structural design for our friends at Burmor Construction, who are progressing well with the foundation works.
Sustainable construction methods include panellised housing with thermally efficient wall panels which will be craned into place – an offsite, low carbon approach using the MMC ECO200 system from GreenSquareAccord. The site also incorporates ground source heat pumps.
We are pleased to be working with all parties involved, including DT Architects, on delivering these affordable, low carbon homes, and look forward to seeing them completed.
