We’re thrilled to learn that 316 Cambridge Science Park is a finalist at the Building Awards 2025.
Peter Dann were appointed by Bidwells to undertake the refurbishment of Unit 316 on behalf of Trinity College Cambridge. Choosing to refurbish the 1990s building saved over 500 tonnes of embodied carbon, creating a low-energy 21,635 sq ft laboratory and office hub over two floors.
