We’re thrilled that the HUB Victoria has been shortlisted by the British Construction Industry for Retrofit Project of the Year, 2024.
It’s one of nine in the category, which celebrates ‘exceptional retrofitting across all sectors’.
The BCI recognises the HUB as an ambitious cut-and-carve due to ‘extending two office buildings with tenants in occupation’ and note that ‘services remained operational while the new structure was built and plant was moved three storeys. The island site above rail lines required offset cranes, temporary weatherproofing and management of the public.’
