We have an exciting position for an Administration Assistant in our Cambridge office.
In this role there will be plenty of opportunities for growth and progression within the company for the right candidate.
The right candidate will provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors and answer and respond to calls and emails. Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanour.
Alongside administration duties there will also be opportunities to develop skills with Adobe InDesign, assisting colleagues with the updating/amending of marketing materials. On-the-job training would be provided.
Pension – the company’s staging date into the Auto Enrolment pension scheme, which the Government introduced, was the 1 October 2015 and this is with Royal London. All new employees must be automatically enrolled into this scheme after an initial three month period from their start date. At present the employee contributes 1% of their annual salary and the company contributes a further 1%.
